Some problems need a specialist, not a generalist.
Most consulting problems are solved by generalists. A few are not. A reserving review, an OT security assessment, a Shari'a governance question, a forensic reconstruction — these need somebody who has done that exact thing many times, not somebody bright who will learn it on your budget.
Rather than pretend otherwise, we are assembling a network of independent experts we can call on. If your expertise is genuinely specialised and you are interested in selective, well-defined project work alongside our team, we would like to know about you.

When an engagement needs depth we do not hold internally, we come to you with the scope, the client context, the timeline and the commercial terms before you commit to anything.

You work alongside our team
You are named as the specialist on the engagement, working to our methodology and quality standards, with us handling the client relationship, delivery management and administration.

The relationship stays selective
We would rather call you twice a year for work that suits you exactly than put you on a roster and send you everything. Nobody benefits from a poor match.

- Deep, demonstrable expertise in a defined niche — not broad consulting experience.
- A track record you can evidence: engagements, qualifications, publications or recognised standing.
- Availability for defined, scoped project work rather than full-time placement.
- Comfort working to an external methodology and to our documentation and independence standards.
